So, just thought I'd put down how I learned how to make crepes, since all the recipes I come across online tend to use half water half milk and a bunch of other things~

Thus~

The ingredients & tools I know
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 2/3 cup milk (estimated)
- Non-stick Spray
- Frying Pan
- Metal Spatula
- 1/3 measuring cup (amount of batter per crepe, you'll see)

The method I use
Mix it all together~ flour last, and little by little at that, don't want any lumps do we? Alright! Now that its mixed, add a little milk until its as thin as you think the batter should be unless you've gotten the milk right on the first go, then all is good.
Now, spray the pan generously with non-stick spray. Don't be shy.

Once the heat is on and all is good to go, dole out a 1/3rd cup of batter into the pan, rotate pan around so as to get batter to go all around and spread out. Wait say... 30 seconds, check the bottom, if its golden brown you can probably flip it, so do that now. Wait another 15 seconds or so, then check, if its good, then using the spatula, fold the crep in half, and then fold that half as well, so its quartered. Good, on to the next. And about the waiting 30 seconds on the first half... Just wait until you see a good amount of the crepe sorta dry out, no longer reflecting light, sorta thing. Don't need to wait for the whole crepe to dry out on the top though, just about 2 or 3 inches from the edge should do it, then flip. The rest is just a repeat of waiting, flipping and folding. Afterwards, once all the crepes are made, use any fruits, syrups, cheese, etc to put in and on them and enjoy~ xD

I've used this method twice and they turned out tasty both times o.o;
